3. Delivery Times

Delivery times consist of the Processing Time (Handling) and the Shipping Time (Transit).

4. Tracking and Address Changes

  • Tracking Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Address Changes: We can only accept changes to the delivery address before the order has shipped. Please contact Customer Support immediately for assistance.

5. Duties and Taxes (Import Fees) – DDP Policy

All prices displayed on our website are FINAL and include Sales Tax (VAT), as well as all applicable Import Duties and Taxes.

There will be absolutely no additional duties, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, ensuring the price you pay at checkout is the total cost.

6. Parcel Insurance

All SneakerNess shipments are fully insured against loss or damage, up to the total value of your order.

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify our Customer Support team immediately.
  • If you discover damage after receiving your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
