1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within 14 days from the day you received the product.

• Duration: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the delivery date.

• Conditions: For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original, pristine condition, exactly as you received it.

  • It must not have been worn, used, or washed.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (e.g., shoe box), which must be intact.

  • It must be returned with all manufacturer tags and labels attached.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.

• Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the returned products back to our headquarters.

2. Return Procedure

3. Product Exchange

You may request to exchange the product for a different size or color of the same item within 14 days.

• Exchanges are subject to the same product condition requirements as stated in Section 1.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products (Our Error)

In the event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect compared to your order (wrong item/size), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the conditions:

• Refund: The refund will be processed within 14.

• Refund Method: The refund is always issued via the same payment method used for your original order.
